Please read this carefully. After orders are sent in, we assume that all our customers had read & agree with the Terms and Conditions.

Popshop is not responsible if..

General Terms

No handphone = no orders
No money = no orders
Don't trust me? don't buy.
~~For preorders, 2 meet-ups are required, 1 for payment, another for collection.~~
Cash on delivery is available for both Preorder (if i have enough cash) and instocks unless stated otherwise. C.O.D Privileges goes for customers staying far from us. (e.g. Green line , Red line)
Have patience when ordering. I will not entertain to impatient customers and customers who keep bugging me about the arrival of preordered items.
Clear all doubts before you order.
If some items require cappings, please wait patiently. (&& I mean REAL patient. If you can't wait, don't buy!)
Goods sold cannot be refunded nor exchanged.
Check items on the spot.
No backing out of orders once payment has been made.
When your items had arrived, please collect in 3 weeks' time after we've informed you. If you don't collect your items within 3 weeks, i'll sell them away. If items still with me, pay $2 to claim your items + $0.50 for warehousing fee.
If supplier runs away when i've paid her, no refunds will be given as i'm a victim too.
I will only refund if your item is OOS.
If you do not appear during the meet up within 10 - 15 minutes time, you have to pay $1 or above (depending on my convenience for the place you arrange to meet me) to rearrange a meet up
No backing out of orders unless you have a valid reason. Back out of orders = immediate blacklist! (Regardless whether you've paid or not)

Popshop's pictures

Do not censor/alter/edit Popshop's pictures without BH's direct permission.
If you wish to use our images, kindly credit us.
If you're using pictures from our supplier, kindly credit them instead of Popshop.
Blogshops found removing our URL when using our images will result in immediate blacklisting.
